Job description / Role
My client is seeking a seasoned PA to be purely focussed on providing private PA support to the family.
You will take full control of diary management, scheduling appointments, booking lunches, managing the drivers schedule, coordinating with household staff, hiring of new household staff, arranging local and international travel, coordinating all travel logistics, trouble shooting any facilities or maintenance issues, running errands, providing extensive research related to the family’s needs, for example for health or nutrition and being involved in various projects; refurbishments, renovations, philanthropy activities etc.
The successful candidate will have previous experience support HNWI’s and experience of carrying out personal PA tasks. You must be exceptionally detail and solutions orientated, a person who is career driven, hardworking and dedicated, able to work autonomously, can manage their own work load, someone pro-active, forward thinking, able to troubleshoot and bring solutions to problems, a person who is creative and dynamic with common sense, who is professional and courteous at all times. Above all this person must be highly confidential and respect the family’s privacy.
