Job description / Role
AOS is looking for an organised and experienced executive assistant to join a renowned name in the shipping and trading industry. This role will be supporting the Managing Director with his personal life but will also play a key role in operational areas of the business. There is a lot of scope for this role to expand, which will be actively encouraged.
The role does not involve diary management or arranging meetings but focuses on assisting management with tasks and projects that are largely related to the companies international expansion.
The Managing Director is looking for someone who he can teach the industry and due to the time that goes into this he is looking for someone who can join the business on a long term basis.
The role will involve working beyond the normal working hours at times and also travel but the staff are well rewarded and looked after within this family like company.
