Our award-winning international client offers a bespoke approach to the interior design requests of their discerning clients. Each project is nurtured uniquely, with time invested in getting to know each client and create their dream space. Established in 2007, this luxury firm has built a strong reputation, working with high-net worth individuals and corporations on a global level.
The Founder and Managing Director is a world-renowned interior designer whose emphasis is on the quality and delivery of the highest levels of service, ensuring unique and innovative solutions are available to all her clients. The Dubai based team is a strong unit who work collaboratively, and we are now seeking a highly proactive Personal Assistant to join the team, supporting the MD and Operations Manager.
This is a very busy role, not a traditional 9-5 and will require flexibility and a strong organisational ability. You will be the ‘righthand’ and ‘shadow’ to the MD, attending meetings and taking comprehensive notes, liaising with suppliers, assisting with complex PowerPoint proposals and RFP’s, document control and liaison with high net worth clients on her behalf. She is also an active member of the UAE community with an active social diary, that also needs to be managed along with household management and private affairs.
Successful candidates will be driven individuals themselves, looking for a career challenge and a dynamic individual to support. Advanced IT skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint are essential, coupled with a strong interest in interior design and fashion. Candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have worked both in a corporate and private capacity in previous positions and have a very detail-oriented way of working.
