Job description / Role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to work in private office, supporting the business activities of an UHNWI. We are seeking an individual who is prepared to give a total commitment to this highly private individual; ensuring discretion and upmost confidentiality at all times. The role is extremely varied and will involve private assistance for family, including making appointments, managing diaries and scheduling appointments accordingly, arranging private birthdays and coordinating with other members of the private team. The role will also liaise considerably with the various members of household staff based at different properties around the world, hence experience in household management would be very beneficial.
There will be extensive travel arrangements for the family, researching and arranging holidays and coordinating visa applications. Additionally, there will be involvement in organizing events, executing parties at the private residence and booking restaurants, arranging itineraries, whilst building relationships with various hotels and concierges. Research and attention to detail is paramount and candidates will be expected to demonstrate logical problem solving ability.
Our client is looking for an individual who will act as ambassador and represent the family in the best possible manner at all times and crucially who always stays one step ahead. Natural confidence, efficiency and detail orientation is key for this position as is the ability to work independently and professionally at all times. As with all private roles, no task will be too big or too small and the successful candidate will be adaptable to any situation and be able to wear many hats!
