Personal Banking Relationship Manager

Job description / Role

Main Job Objectives:
• Sell and cross sell bank products and services to clients to achieve business targets.
• Open new channels to acquire new clients.
• Establish and develop relationships with branch clients to introduce the bank’s services in view of client needs and prepare call for potential and existing clients in view of the bank policies and standards.
• Handle and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to branch and regulator policies, recommendations

Job Responsibilities:
• Solicit new to bank and new to product leads.
• Retain existing clients through focused relationship management activities.
• Provide advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs.
• Resolve client queries.
• Analyse financial requirements of customer and match with banks products offerings.
• Develop opportunities to increase the sales production.
• Prepare, and review all required reports and KYC forms to ensure that all transactions are adhered to the bank’s policies and procedures.


• Experience in high net worth client facing environment at a financial institution is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of wealth management products would be helpful
• Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure
• Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills
• Certified Financial Planner or Certified Financial Marketing Planner accreditation or other relevant qualification an advantage
• University level education would be ideal, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline

• Education Level: University Degree
• Good communication skills
• Language :Advanced English
• Previous Experience : 1-3 Years’ experience in a sales environment
