Personal Branding Executive

We are looking for a creative and motivated Personal Branding Executive to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. This role is vital in establishing and enhancing the personal brand of our agents and the company, ensuring that we stand out in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for branding, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective personal branding strategies for real estate agents and the company.
- Create and manage engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand branding trends within the real estate sector.
- Collaborate with agents to tailor their personal brand narratives and build their online presence.
- Monitor and analyse branding performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for improved reach and engagement.
- Organise and facilitate branding sessions for agents for personal bra

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branding, marketing, or public relations, preferably in real estate.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being a self-starter.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and branding software is a plus.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
