As a Personal Business Assistant, you are the key person to support main trader and the board member of the company. You are responsible for coordinating and overseeing the internal business operations, supporting trading operations. This role involves participating and managing workflow, document flow, working with financial operation, and other office work. You will work close to the board of The Group.
You are the ideal candidate if you have strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in supporting an intonational operations.
Responsibilities:
• Diary and calendar management for board member.
• Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.
• Managing high volume of emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinating bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including Visa applications, international flight, accommodation and car bookings.
• Expense management and preparation.
• Invoice processing.
• Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Economic, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of working as a personal assistant/office manager.
• Experience in commercial operations and sales support is considered as a plus
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English.
