Personal Loan Officer

Job description / Role

Responsibilities

Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Generate leads through cold calling and referral networks
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand financial needs
- Recommend appropriate personal loan products
- Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Client Relationship Management:
- Provide comprehensive financial advice
- Guide clients through loan application process
- Explain loan terms, conditions, and repayment structures
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients

Documentation and Processing:
- Collect and verify client financial documents
- Complete loan application paperwork
- Ensure accuracy of all submitted information
- Coordinate with underwriting team

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Conduct preliminary credit risk assessments
- Verify client creditworthiness
- Maintain high ethical standards in sales practices

Performance and Reporting:
- Track and report sales activities
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records
- Participate in sales meetings and training programs
- Contribute to team performance and strategy

- Candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in the UAE
- Candidate must be fluent in Arabic.
- Candidates must be available immediately or within 1 week.
- Candidate must have prior experience in sales or banking sales.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
