Job description / Role
• Managing the household’s schedules and calendars.
• Event planning, organizing, and coordination.
• Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs.
• Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project.
• Handling household bills and administrative duties.
• Running errands and performing necessary tasks.
• Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies or governesses.
• In charge of all Purchasing and procurement.
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
University Qualifications: Diploma (Degree) in Hotel Management
Gender Preference: Female
Nationality Preference: India, Srilanka, Nepal
Language Fluency: English
Current Location: Dubai
