Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Monitoring the CEO email and responding if required
• Preparing communications on behalf of the CEO
• Answering phone calls
• Organising travel and itineraries for the CEO and his family as well as the CEO business partners
• Organising and planning meetings
• Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
• Conducting or preparing any research that the CEO may require
• Follow-up on the business projects and set reminders
• Various ad hoc requests

Requirements

• Computer literacy in M365 and MS office
• Verbal and written articulacy
• Professional discretion
• Good presentation skills
• Efficiency
• Well-developed time management skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Arabic language is a plus
