Job description / Role
The Ruler’s Office in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE is looking for a Female Personal Trainer for the royal family. This person will be doing the following:
- Provide personal evaluations to the royal family members on their fitness level by reviewing their abilities, physical condition and overall health to ensure that all fitness plans are suitable.
- Create personalized fitness routines that assist them in reaching their fitness goals while remaining suitable to their current physical abilities.
- Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises and routines.
- Teach the royal family members on the proper techniques for all exercises, especially when using more complicated equipment, to minimize the risk of injury.
- Watch them do exercises and show or tell them correct techniques to minimize injury and improve fitness.
- Monitor their progress and adapt programs as needed.
- Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations on sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment.
- Give them information or resources about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.
- Provide them with safe, reasonable exercises that they can perform.
- Advise them about important safety concerns and demonstrate exercises or maneuvers as needed.
- Give emergency first aid if needed.
Requirements
- Must be a Female Trainer
- Currently based out of UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred
- Accredited Personal training or group training certification required
- Must have current, valid CPR and First Aid certifications
- Excellent verbal communication
- Extensive knowledge of exercise physiology and kinesiology, safe training procedures, exercise program implementation, and the proper use of cardiovascular, resistance, free weight, and related fitness equipment.
- 3-5 years’ experience in personal training or group fitness instruction
