Job Description:
- Set and monitor individual KPIs for trainers, focusing on client retention, average revenue per client, and new client acquisitions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies with the personal training team to improve client engagement and increase personal training bookings.
- Create and manage a comprehensive group exercise timetable that offers a balanced mix of classes, including high-intensity, strength, flexibility, and mind-body workouts.
- Track and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue for personal training and group exercise services.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Exercise Science, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing personal training or group fitness teams.
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Group Fitness Instructor through a recognized organization (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.).
- Certification in Group Exercise Programming (e.g., Freestyle Programming).
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Personal Training Management Experience
- Group Fitness Management & Programming Experience
- Train the Trainer or Fitness Mentoring
- Proven track record in hitting revenue and retention targets.
- Strong organizational skills to handle scheduling, budgeting, and freelance instructor management.
- Expertise in fitness programming, especially HIIT
- Proficiency in fitness management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
