Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The position of Personnel Logistics Administrator is a key role within the Well Operations group in client to ensure coordination of personnel movement to and from their respective offshore unit. This role is essential to ensure that the right personnel, get to the right site and/or installation (onshore and offshore), at the right time and that they are transported safely, in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities)
- Act as a focal point for Well Operations in relation to the movement of personnel.
- Maintain all passenger records, ensuring they are up to date with relevant client and industry certification such as; medical, survival training and other applicable specific requirements in the Offshore Personnel Monitoring System (OPMS).
- Responsible for seat bookings (helicopter, boat, catamaran). Maintain bookings (both outbound and inbound) for offshore personnel through the Offshore Travel Application, liaising with all teams involved in current operations.
- Book onshore hotel accommodation as required for personnel and ensure that all personnel have correct check-in details.
- Reserve and book appropriate onshore transport or hotel transfers.
- Ensure booking information and / or confirmation vouchers are issued to personnel 2 (two) weeks prior to travel and / or check-in date.
- Maintain a monthly report for all onshore transportation and hotel bookings and expenses for auditing purposes.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:
- Completion of Secondary (12 years) education, and at least 2 years formal training leading to a Diploma or an Associate Degree in Travel Management.

Experience Profile:
- Minimum of three (3) years international experience at people’s logistics or in the travel industry.

Competencies/Skills/Others:
- Excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised.
- High attention to detail.
- High level of computer literacy; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Reacts quickly to last minute changes in planned personnel logistics in a calm yet efficient manner.
