Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a local diversified family group that is based in Dubai. We are looking to recruit a Pest Control Manager.
Your role will be to ensure daily programs are carried out as per schedules; implement the field strategy and plan of action; liaise with supervisor and client for day to day issues, provide monthly report to the client, implementation of new materials and techniques, develop, implement and maintain all aspects of public health pest control system, maintain proper relationship with client, insure that all field requirements for all teams were fulfilled, implement IPM policies and principles, attend to all other field related matters.
You will also be responsible for assisting with HR in recruiting Supervisors/Technicians, assist with sales team for survey and cost estimation, assist with accounts team for monthly invoicing and meet monthly budget and profit forecast.
Requirements
To qualify for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience, have demonstrated progressive career growth and have extensive experience in the provision of Pest Control Services to a variety of buildings such as commercial & residential buildings, schools, hospitals, government institutions and industrial units across the UAE.
You must have strong management experience and not afraid to make decisions, You must be hard working, have strong financial and commercial acumen and have the ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations. You will have the ability to multi-task and establish priorities, maintain organisation in a changing and stressful environment, exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership. You must be a strong team manager with the ability to recruit, train and develop pest control supervisors and technicians. You must also be certified by DM or ADM
