Job description / Role
Role calls for experienced Pharmacist / Store Manager’s who will be responsible for entire Pharmacy operation and apportioning of medicines in the pharmacy of a leading retail pharmacy group in U.A.E.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the appropriate budgeting, control and security of all drug.
• Directs the maintenance of inventories and stock control of pharmacy.
• Develops a system of inventory record keeping and control to detect any shortages or discrepancies in controlled substances at the earliest possible time.
• Develops SOPs and ensures that the pharmacy operations are fully compliant with the required legal and administrative procedures according to company guidelines, including HIPAA.
• Maintains highest level of customer satisfaction at all times, and resolve any customer service issues.
• Assists supervising staff with the sales, target and hand over capital expenditures in line with standard policies. Other duties as delegated by the management.
Requirements
Requirements:
• Licence – DHA or MOH - Eligibility letter
• Experience - 2 years minimum experience
• Qualification – BPharm ,MPharm, Pharm D
