* Deliver one-on-one physiotherapy sessions, focusing on shoulder (including acromioclavicular joint) and cervical spine conditions.
* Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques such as Cyriax, Maitland, and Mulligan, along with dry needling and soft-tissue massage.
* Design and implement individualized therapeutic exercise programs and posture correction plans.
* Conduct thorough hands-on assessments and apply strong clinical reasoning to treatment planning.
* Maintain excellent patient-centred communication and a professional, empathetic approach.
* Keep accurate patient records and track progress in alignment with best practices.
