Piano Sales Supervisor Up To 10k AED For A Music And Dance Institute In UAE
POSITION: Piano Sales Supervisor
SALARY: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification

AVAILABILITY: Immediately (1-month max)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Professionally engage with customers by phone and occasionally online
• Cross sell and encourage beneficial product add-ons
• Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Promote current sales, promotions, manufacturers’ coupons, etc.
• Explain store benefits & encourage customers to sign up for the email list
• Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
• Assist customers with rentals, layaways, consignments, financing, and other detailed store programs
• Process newly received shipments; unpacking, checking in, pricing, displaying product while maintaining a safe environment
• Help organize back stock and perform inventory counts
• Occasionally assist staff out-of-store with deliveries, installations, errands
• Organize and replenish front stock and help merchandise store
• Engage with projects to increase sales from outside of the physical stores
• Work as a part of a team to achieve and exceed sales goals
Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 28-37 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar sales role
• Must have knowledge on music instrument specifically with Piano
• Must have an experience with tuning and repairing Piano or at least can play piano to be able to sell it easily
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively in a diverse community
• Ability to work during working hours as well as additional hours for planning meetings, professional development, scheduled concerts, or examinations
• Should have valid UAE Driver’s License and own car
