Job description / Role
Engineer will be responsible for all PPM work across the BDE property portfolio. Position is permanent and the person can contribute to FM team on a long term basis. Engineer will actively participate in other FM activities as required.
Requirements
• Engineer shall have minimum 8 years of experience in building services as consultant and/or FM engineer. Local experience is considered as advantage.
• To have knowledge and experience in HVAC and BMS systems
• To understand and have reasonable knowledge/experience of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, security, life safety and other building services
• To have experience in trouble shooting of building services and effective management of resolutions
• To understand the principles of energy saving and be able to implement them, especially through BMS and HVAC
• To be able to lead the PPM team, possess people management skills
• To be adaptive, committed to the role and enthusiastic in delivering it
• To participate in delivering other FM tasks and projects, from initiation through delivery until commissioning
