What will you be doing?

Subsea7 is hiring a dedicated planner to assist in developing and maintaining project schedules for offshore oil and gas projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate planning and progress tracking.

These shall include but not be limited to the following:

Key responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and other tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather input for planning.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Identify schedule risks and suggest mitigation measures.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and schedule forecasts.
• Support change management activities by assessing schedule impacts.

What experience would we like you to have?

Qualifications & experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of planning experience in offshore or oil & gas projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of project planning principles and safety standards.
