Summary:

Prepare and develop preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans, on a weekly/monthly basis covering mechanical, electrical, instrument and general services maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.

Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.

Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to equipment, plants and utilities availability.

Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.

Coordinate with CE division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.

Coordinate with all applicable stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.

Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating to routine and preventive maintenance activities.

Responsible for day-to-day planning and generating reports as and when needed.

Responsible for day-to-day job planning and scheduling including resource identifying and loading in CMMS.

Coordinate with multi disciplines for routine planning and shutdown jobs.

Qualifications:

Diploma in respective engineering or equivalent (preferably).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning and scheduling. Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.

Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.

Age between 25 to 50 years.

Must possess good knowledge in using computers and good ability in activity scheduling. Familiar with MS Office, CMMS systems such as Maximo, SAP etc. MS Project and Primavera knowledge is an added advantage.
