Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Technical knowledge of Project management & Planning
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
- Analyze project cost data and provide forecasts, identifying potential variances and proposing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project scope and timelines.
- Utilize advanced scheduling software to create visual representations of project timelines and progress.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management, summarizing project status and performance metrics.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to manage schedule and budget uncertainties.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions with the project team.
- Monitor resource allocation and productivity, ensuring optimal use of manpower and materials.
- Implement best practices in cost control and scheduling methodologies to improve project efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools, continuously seeking improvements in planning and cost management processes.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in project planning , monitoring & controlling
- Previous experience in Cost management & Earned Value calculations
- Experience in tracking & reporting the projects
- Technical knowledge in preparing projects balance sheets to control the project cost
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a strong analytical focus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and cost control within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Proven experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project for effective scheduling.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Cost Engineering (CCE) is highly preferred for credibility.
- Hands-on experience in managing budgets and understanding financial statements to drive cost efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools to manipulate and interpret complex cost data.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate project details and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in dynamic project environments.
