Job description / Role

• Preparation of the Contractual /Tender Programme of works
• Preparation of Manpower Histogram and cash Flow Chart as per project requirements
• Preparation of Revised / Recovery update programme
• Preparation of monthly/weekly reports as per project requirements
• Preparation of programme narratives as per project requirements
• Cross functional Coordination
• Delay Analysis
• Preparation of EOT Claims

Requirements

• To collaborate with Project Managers/Engineers/Other internal departments to determine and develop / update the most suitable construction programme of works/timescale of the project and all associated elements of project planning.
• Well maintained and updated programme of works
• Good technical proposals incorporating the entire scope of works.
