Planning Engineer

Job description / Role

Tender and Construction Program Development:
- Expertise in creating schedules for diverse scopes of work, including steel structure bridges, concrete bridges, and marine projects.

Primavera P6 Expertise:
- Proficient in utilizing Primavera P6 for baseline, recovery, and revised schedules.

Schedule Management:
- Skilled in baseline creation, monitoring, recovery planning, and revising project timelines under strict deadlines.

Critical Path Analysis:
- Proficient in identifying and addressing potential delays and constraints through thorough critical path analysis.

Extension of Time (EOT):
- Experienced in preparing EOT requests using Time Impact Analysis techniques.

Monitoring and Reporting:
- Ensures accurate, timely weekly and monthly reporting to facilitate effective communication across departments.

Project Oversight:
- Driven to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery through stakeholder collaboration and team leadership.

Problem Solving:
- Skilled in identifying and resolving constraints affecting project success.

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Years of Experience: 5 years in project planning and scheduling.
- Specialized Industry: Engineering projects, particularly bridges and marine works.
- Must be available in the UAE.

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
