Planning Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Planning Engineer (Civil) with minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry with Infrastructure and Building background. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge on TILOS Software and a proven track record in project planning, scheduling, and coordination. Responsibilities
- Baseline programmer preparation (Resource, cost & weightage loaded)
- Monitor, Track, update & Preparation of Weekly/Monthly reports & presentations (Internal & External). Review of reports prepared by planners.
- Prepare daily, weekly, & monthly look ahead plans & targets in terms of quantity & resources
- Prepare cash flow & resource forecast for the project (quarterly)
- Prepare Notices, EOT claims & Perform Delay Analysis.
- Review & Monitor subcontract works & programmers
- Conduct project status review meetings periodically and other planning related deliverables.
- Capable of working & leading a Team independently to attend all planning related deliverable of the assigned projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction sequences & resource requirements.

- 5 to 6 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling, with a focus on large-scale projects
- Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6 TILOS software
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in both large-scale and small-scale construction projects is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
