Job description / Role

Ranked among-st the Top 15 Most Successful Build & Civil Engineering Contractors in the World ! This business is seeking to employ a Planning Manager that has a proven pedigree within Building & Civil Engineering Projects. You will have a minimum of 15 Years experience having worked on the contracting side for a reputable western business.

The employer is open to if this individual has Middle East Experience or not. What they are most concerned about is the standard & detail of planning to which you can deliver! Capable of managing and coordinating with Project Directors, Clients & Consultants you will have an air of confidence and knowledge needed for such a role.

Our client is seeking someone to step back from their P6 Program / Computer and be able to walk a Project with a delivery team and critique the flow of information and the exact reliability needed for P&L, Progress & Deliverable’s needed at Board Level .

Whether you are required to sit on a 900 Million AED Project for 8 WEEKS or needed to help coordinate & present with the work winning director in Head Office you will be capable of rolling up the sleeves and cracking on. Not only is the engineering background and software experience important but so is the Attitude in which you handle your work, client and the team around you.

f you are hung up on being called a Director then unfortunately this role wont be for you as although the role is of a senior nature it will report to the Global Planning Director outside the GCC.

Essential :
- Western Educated to Degree Level
- Have a Contracting Background – NOT CLIENT OR DEVELOPER
- Have a clear employee history showing loyalty and success
- Able to relocate to the UAE before the end of October 2015
