Manager Planning

- Lead the demand planning function.
- Review WSSI and forecasts of each group with the demand planner and buyers to ensure forward sales are forecasted correctly and relevant actions taken.
- Review and Rollup the OTB plans of each group at concept level- drive a bottom up approach to ensure maximization of sales and profits.
- -Drive the store clustering process, align with territory teams on the store cluster and ensure adequate assortments
- Rollup department MD proposals and incorporate into WSSI to show multiple scenarios and what ifs - sales, margins and stock covers.
- Ensure intakes are aligned to the requirements - report deviations to HOP for further actions

Manager Supply

- Lead the Supply Planners to deliver their KPIs.
- Weekly Overview of Store Performance, Identifying Trading Opportunities and Proposed Activity to address risks or opportunities.
- Ensure all product launches are on time and as per agreed store grid.
- Manage the MDC stock holding to maximize sell off and margins.
- Analysis of promotions, events, including circulation of trackers for key events incl Ramadan, BTS, EOSS
- Lead the store level budgeting exercise.
- Brand Matrix - sign off with Buyers to ensure synergy and uniformness across all groups in a store.
- Prepare the monthly corporate / board review packs and commentary.
