Planning Manager

Guildhall is seeking a highly experienced Planning Manager to join our client’s team for an exciting bridge construction project in Ras Al Khaimah. Our client is a leading construction and engineering firm specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines using Primavera P6.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth planning analysis and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
- Claims Management: Oversee claims management processes, ensuring timely submissions and resolutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing project requirements and flexible work schedules, including overtime as necessary.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction planning, with a preference for experience in bridge projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 software; additional project management software experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
