Our client wants a Planning Manager that is able to see the bigger picture, manage client, consultant and report the honest facts and reality

700 Million Design & Build Project in Abu Dhabi. Tier 1 Buildings Main Contractor.

We want someone that sees beyond the baseline and see risk before it’s an issue. This person will understand how to work with a client to ensure that all obstacles are removed to ensure that progress and profitability occurs for both client and contractor.

The Client

• 35 Years + In Business across the UAE
• Western Management Team
• Often approached as the Joint Venture Partner of choice
• Track record on Airports, Hospitals, High Rise & Shopping Malls
• Ideally you will have delivered a Major Hotel , High Rise Tower or Mixed Use Facility Leading the project planning team for a Reputable TIER 1/2 Main contractor ( Not the consultant, developer or client)

Project
• Global Client
• 24 Month Program on site
• Value of 700 Million AED +
• International PMC / Designer

The following is 100% crucial for this employer:

• Communication skills ( Forget the sir/madam approach or interested as this grates the client more than us)
• Analytical and methodical approach to work
• Sounds Technical & Engineering background
• Commercial awareness of the program and profitability
• Able to manage a small team in a hands on manner . No ego' or over delegating needed!

Do you have a track record on 1/2 Billion AED + Build Projects for Main Contractors as a Lead Planner / Planning Manager in Abu Dhabi?

You will know clients, consultants and have a track record working on relevant type projects in the Abu Dhabi Market space for reputable Main Contractors

Do you match the following criteria

Do you have a track record of Planning for Main Contractors?
• P6 / Primavera experience
• Can you hold your own and have meaningful conversations with Client, RE & Project Directors & Operations Managers onsite.
• Candidates must have prior Experience ideally in the UAE for Tier 1 & 2 Main Contractors
• This person will be able to start employment before the 1st November 2025

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 52,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
