Planning Manager

Job description / Role

Guildhall is looking for a Planning Manager to develop, monitor, and control schedules for substructure works in an airport expansion project in Dubai. This role ensures the project progresses on time and resources are effectively allocated.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed project schedules for substructure construction activities.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Identify critical paths, potential delays, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with project management, site teams, and subcontractors for smooth execution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
• Ensure proper integration of planning tools and software into project workflow.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience in project planning for large-scale civil construction projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent scheduling software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
