Planning Manager

Job description / Role

Responsible for developing master schedules, leading, managing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for large-scale construction and development projects. This role ensures that project timelines, resources, risks, and progress are accurately managed and reported to support strategic decision-making.

• Required 15 years of work experience
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel/reporting tools.
• Proven experience in PMC or Developer-side
• Experience with large scale horizontal residential developments/projects, high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, & infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract forms.
• Experience with E.O.T claims, delay analysis, and project planning & control.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PSP, or CMI are an added advantage.
