Job description / Role
Our client is currently looking to recruit a Planning Manager to join their team reporting directly under their Operations Director. Candidates should ideally be able to demonstrate experience working on a number of projects.
Candidates should ideally be able to deliver good quality programmes and associated work for projects during the pre-construction or on site stages. Complete the planning process with a high degree of commercial acumen and skill whilst producing tender plans and programmes that are clear and understandable.
Requirements
You will need to be degree qualified at least 10 years experience in fit our and interiors and experience in the middle east.
Preparing tender planning reports underlining key planning & programming elements to the pre-construction / bid team.
Preparing informative & auditable tender programmes utilising known outputs & sequences
Preparing & delivering project presentations at all required stages of procurement
