Job description / Role
Responsibilities
• Responsible for baseline schedule development and management, baseline resource histograms, baseline procurement plan, performance analysis and reporting, baseline change control, resource forecasts, constructability reviews and interim schedule development etc.
• Responsible to develop progress measurement system, “S” curves and to coordinate with sites to receive timely updates on above.
• Responsible for analysis and reporting of projects’ performance, progress, risks, variation trends and spending plans etc.
• Responsible to generate productivity norms and related reports along with coordination with sites to get updates on the same.
• Coordinate with sites to get daily, weekly and monthly reports and generate weekly dashboard reports and monthly reports to management.
• Perform effective planning techniques along with creation, management and optimization of formats and best practices.
• Identify contractual obligations, document submission requirements and project risks etc. followed by inform/advise concerned levels of management.
• Develop presentations for management & clients and reports to manager on schedule and delay status of works on regular basis.
• Other duties as advised by management
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
• 5 –7 years’ experience in relevant field. Middle East Oil & Gas Experience is a must
• Sound Knowledge of software tools like PRIMAVERA
• Good analysis and presentation skills
