Planning Supervisor

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client a leading Dubai based oil and gas company we are looking to recruit a Planning Supervisor.

Reporting to the Onshore Maintenance Superintendent you will be responsible for effectively planning all onshore operations work scopes to ensure the optimised and effective use of all resources and alignment of priorities with management objectives and business requirements. Implement an integrated plan for all major maintenance and operations projects to include materials, equipment, fabrication, contractors, human and other resource planning requirements in accordance with work packs. The scope is inclusive of works implemented by all onshore operations departments and supervise maintenance planners and maintenance administration team

Requirements

The successful candidate must be degree educated in mechanical engineering, have 5 years plus experience in planning work controls within the oil and gas operations and construction field, previous experience in an oil company or engineering project management contractor in the oil sector, experience in Brownfield construction and maintenance in an operating plant, team supervision and ops and maintenance for ops planning function
