Meraki Group is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor - MEP to oversee plumbing installations for our diverse construction projects. In this role, you will manage all plumbing work on-site, ensuring compliance with standards, schedules, and client requirements while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing installations including potable water, drainage, and irrigation systems.
• Review and interpret shop drawings, and ensure all plumbing work is executed according to specifications.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage and lead the plumbing team, ensuring optimal performance and timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades to facilitate work efficiency.
• Monitor consumption of materials and manage inventory effectively to minimize waste.
• Resolve any on-site plumbing issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and standards, as well as health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Plumbing Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing supervision on large-scale MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience with various plumbing materials and installation techniques.
