PMO Analyst - 6 Months Contract - Dubai - Aviation - 25,000 AED Per Month, Urgent Role, Transformation Project
Client is a leading player in their industry, a forward thinking, constantly expanding operation in the Aviation sector. They have grand plans to constantly improve and are embarking on one of their most ambitious projects to date.
Your new role is a 6 month contract with a likely extension paying up to 25,000 AED tax free per month, based on number of days worked in each calendar month, with an annual leave entitlement, full visa and health insurance cover.
Your role will assist in the definition and maintenance of the standards of project management and process within the PMO team.
You will strive to standardise and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects and act as the source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution.
You will also support the successful delivery of programs undertaken through effective facilitation, tracking and reporting.
Your role will assist with advising managers and teams on the best use of project management disciplines and approaches. You will also assist in the management of key initiatives and programs supporting the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Requirements
• Proven PMO/Project Analyst or Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management
• Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective
• Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
• Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment
• Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgement, assertiveness
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Experienced user of MS Project, Excel and the wider MS Office tool set (Word, PowerPoint)
