Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a PMO Manager – Digital projects for an exciting opportunity here in Dubai and due to continued growth they are now looking for additional resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the overall program management of the Group’s digital transformation initiative.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with experience in the following key areas;
• 10+ years of experience in a PMO management type position
• Bachelors degree
• Experience in leading a team of 3 – 5 PMO Analysts
• Experience in delivery of large scale, complex programs
• Have a good knowledge or experience in delivering program using the agile method (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc.)
• Experience in managing Project Portfolios, Programmes and Project Steering Groups for the equivalent of SVPs, EVPs and President level.
• Extensive end-to-end program management experience in delivery of large complex cross functional projects across a variety of fields and disciplines (IT, Supply Chain, Corporate Support Depts)
• Key Project management role in delivery of at least 3 projects in excess of US $1 million
• Knowledgeable in agile delivery methods (daily stand-ups, Epics, User story grooming etc.)
• Experience in designing, developing and deploying project methods & standards at a project management office level
• Excellent planning, communication, verbal, written, presentation and report writing skills
