PMO Specialist

Job description / Role

As a PMO Specialist you will work during the inception phase of UAE based infrastructure focused projects covering RFP generation/response, project scaling/definition and contract/statement of work creation. Once the projects are awarded, the role is to initiate the project, supervise progress and performance of multiple projects and teams across a range of diverse projects, to manage stakeholders including executives, manage track and report project progress with accountability for project time, cost and quality

As a PMO Specialist, you will:

- Estimating, cost modelling and budgeting
- Planning and determining and documenting project objectives
- Define project scope and list project products
- Determine project constraints
- Select project approach

Requirements

To bring your dream to life, you'll need:

- At least 3-5 years demonstrable experience of successfully managing integration, infrastructure and concept to design projects of various sizes and complexities, preferably from an IT services industry environment or related area with a focus on technology, management and policy
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business Management or a related field
- A desire to innovate in the UAE!
