Job description / Role
Reporting to:
• PMO Head/Lead
Main responsibilities:
• Initiate, plan, and govern several projects across the network across the entire project life cycle
• Responsible for tools, standards and methodology
• Manage and document project framework requirements (Project charter, plan, scheduling, budgeting, etc.)
• Manage project dependencies
• Track project progress and budget spending
• Track deliverables and benefit realization
• Facilitate change control process
• Risk management
• Ensure alignment to strategy
• Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders
• Create working relationships with project managers
• Mentor project managers
Salary:
AED
14,000 to 17,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
University Qualifications:
• BA in business administration, Industrial Engineering or relevant industry
Nature and length of previous experience:
• Over 5 years’ experience in managing large and multi-function projects
• Proficient in documentation and content writing
• Fluent in English; Spoken and Written
• Organizational skills
• Task-oriented
• Analytical skills
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness
• Communication skills
• Team working skills
• Ability to motivate people
• Management and leadership skills
• Strong communicator and presenter
• Project management certification – preferred
• Financial acumen
