Job description / Role
Transguard Workforce Solutions have been engaged by our client, a financial services company in the UAE to source Telesales (PMU) Executive in Bancassurance and Balance Services / Loan on Phone areas.
As a PMU Executive, this role will be responsible for selling Balance Transfer, Loan on Phone and Easy Payment plans to existing base of customers and increase balances and revenue for the organization.
The main responsibilities are:
- To maximize AR : Sale of add on facility on credit cards such as Balance Transfer / Loan on Phone and Easy Payment Plan via telephone solicitation to ensure full understandability of the product features and benefits;
- Provide support and drive spend through communication of ongoing offers
- Handling customer enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction at all level
Requirements
- Preference will be given to qualified candidates with relevant experience in financial products' telesales in UAE.
- Previous experience in banking telesales mandatory
- UAE experience mandatory
- Excellent communication skills required
