Job description / Role
Key responsibilities/What you do:
- To print and pack policy documentation requests for the Policy Management Teams, accurately, as per tailored requirements and within specified timeframes.
- To ensure 100% accuracy and quality on all packing and highlight any errors to the Senior team members.
- To ensure quality checks are carried out as required.
- To sort and prepare DHL express and global mail shipments according to SLA, destination and weekly shipment as per agreed requirements.
- To prioritise your workload in line with team targets.
- To ensure accuracy in all written correspondence to clients and brokers.
- To provide excellent customer service to our clients and brokers, solving problems promptly and in a professional manner, preventing unnecessary delays.
- Follow department and company procedures in relation to anti-corruption and fraud, complaints handling and Data Protection.
- Process requests received from management and other departments where necessary and assist with project work when needed.
- Flexibility to upskill when required to support the Policy Management department

- Experience working in a pressurized environment with tight deadlines
- Experience in a customer and quality focused environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Experience in working within a team
