Position Title: Port Agency Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe

Job Description:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, Internal teams, port authorities and service vendors during port calls to coordinate all aspects of vessel arrivals, berthing, cargo operations, and departures.
• Handle the overall cargo operations, and compliance with port/terminal regulations.
• Collecting freight and disbursing payments on behalf of the shipowner
• Handle shipping documentations (bills of lading, FDAs cargo manifests, port clearance, customs filings, crew lists, etc.).

• Open to Asian nationalities. 39 years old and below
• Must have knowledge in full cycle of port operations
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role
• Extensive knowledge of shipping documentation, including Proforma Disbursement Accounts (PDAs) and/or Final Disbursement Accounts (FDAs), as well as UAE port regulations
