Job description / Role
The successful candidate will report into and work closely with the Associate Director of Property Management on a daily basis, to ensure that the assigned portfolio is well maintained and the Property Management team efficiently executes all assigned tasks.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Oversee the upkeep of the property in aspects of physical maintenance, repairs and renovations.
• Regularly review building documentation.
• Ensure all lease documentation issued are accurate and error free.
• Manage the Property Management team to ensure that all tasks, tenant queries and requests are addressed efficiently and professionally, and in line with the agreed levels of service.
• Implement and review processes to improve levels of customer service.
• Streamline and proof read monthly reports.
• Negotiate contracts with building services providers and review services as per agreed service contracts.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
The role requires the ability to strategically implement processes and procedures that enhance the value of the portfolio, as well as the ability to demonstrate a commercial outlook during rent negotiations with corporate clients.
The successful candidate should also be able to manage a team and demonstrate proficiency in the areas of client management and service delivery.
