Job description / Role
Purpose: To manage the operational aspects of the property services business for the assigned segment of High Net Worth portfolio of properties managed by ADCP and supervise a team to ensure the required standard of services delivered to customers with minimal operational, financial and reputation risk.
Requirements
- A Diploma in Property Management or equivalent from recognized college.
- At least 4 years of experience in a sales area of the property management business with a proven track record of customer relationship management in sustainable business relationships.
Professional Qualifications:
Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or similar certification in Residential Property Management at fellow level or equivalent.
Knowledge and Skills:
