Job Purpose

Responsible for maintaining assigned Elite clients portfolio increasing their share of wallet and enhancing sales of CBD consumer asset, liability and investment products to a specified portfolio of Elite customers. Responsible for providing Elite customers with a personalised banking service, conjunction with production specialist

Principal Accountabilities

• Contact clients and follow up to ensure that they meet minimum criteria required to be eligible for Elite Banking Account.
• To build strong relationship with clients through effective planning and servicing them for all their banking requirements within elite segment.
• Primarily to focus in increasing CASA balances across assigned portfolio and cross sell all other assets & liabilities products for eligible client within bank's products policies.
• Maximize product penetration such as Credit Card, Investment, FX & Banca to achieve and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly financial targets set by management.
• Ensure that all product applications are filled accurately, within the agreed timeframe and all the required documents are obtained to avoid re-work
• Ensure that all customer applications submitted are within CBD policy guidelines.
• Will meet relevant Elite customers at suitable external locations as required, in order to build relationships, provide service, make and close sales of Elite asset, liability and investment products.
• Coordinate with Special Accounts Unit (Recovery) to implement agreed actions in respect of Elite irregular accounts.
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
• Ensure timely closure of all AML related inquiries within defined time frame and follow up with clients for all necessary requirements to close AML Alerts amicably with AML Team, protecting bank's interest at all times.
• All customers complaints to be handled professionally and resolved amicably within the policy guidelines of CBD
• Attend weekly and monthly team and area sales meetings to review performance and share best practice ideas



Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree
• 4 to 5 years if Retail banking experience with a good understanding of CASA, wealth management, sales practices and proven track record in Sales
