Job description / Role
Position:
• Household Director
• Salary: up to 35,000 AED depending on qualifications and years of expe
• Lead and Manage the Group Household Division
• Responsible the creation of the House Hold division strategic plan and Operational plans
• Responsible for full household team management and ensure the implementation of annual operational plans, sales targets, key growth sales strategies, tactics, marketing techniques and action plans
• Determine relevant sales targets and build it in operational plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results
• Responsible to grow the brand portfolio of the household division
• Manage all functions, operational performance reporting, streamline processes and systems wherever possible, and advise senior management in order to maximize business relationships and profits

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male or Female, below 45 years old
• Willing to travel for business purposes
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree/ MBA would be an advantage or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience, out of which 3 years should have been as a senior manager in a similar size company or as a senior executive with full P&L responsibility of a division/subsidiary of a larger company
• Experience in B2B environment, Introducing best practices
• Information and data analysis Skills to help analyze reports and research date on trends
• With strong exposure in the UAE and GCC market
• Strong in networking and can increase the sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
