Job Title: PPE Sales Manager

We're on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented PPE Sales Manager to join our client's team. This role demands someone who can take charge of sales operations and push growth within the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sector.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute aggressive sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for PPE products.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with both new and existing clients, offering tailored solutions to their needs.
- Lead and drive a sales team to achieve and surpass individual and collective sales goals.
- Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales efforts are well-supported.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity in all dealings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented PPE Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess:

- Proven track record in sales leadership roles within the PPE or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and inspiring sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
