Job description / Role
Our client, a prestigious organization within the arts and culture sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Corporate Communication Specialist. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the organization's public image, promoting all the initiatives of the organization, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and supporting the overall communication strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization's image and reputation.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influencers.
· Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
· Organize press conferences, media events, and interviews to promote key initiatives and events.
· Create and manage high-quality content for various communication channels, including newsletters, website, social media, and internal communications.
· Ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms and materials.
· Collaborate with internal teams to gather and disseminate content that supports the organization’s objectives.
· Develop and execute social media strategies to increase online presence and engagement.
· Monitor social media channels and manage responses to inquiries, comments, and messages.
· Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports on engagement metrics.
· Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
· Assist in the preparation of speeches, presentations, and reports for senior management.
· Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of communication efforts with organizational goals.
· Support the planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, and other public-facing activities.
· Manage communication aspects of events, including promotional materials, media coverage, and post-event follow-up.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
· 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of the media landscape and public relations practices in the UAE.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
· Experience in managing social media platforms and digital communication tools.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
