Pre-Delivery Inspection Technician

Overview of the role:

The PDI technician is responsible for executing pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and fitting accessories as per established SOPs. The role includes performing minor troubleshooting, polishing cars, and ensuring customer vehicles are delivered pristine and defect-free. The technician must maintain equipment in optimal working condition and adhere to safety protocols, striving for zero defects and delays. This position requires active involvement in 5S and Kaizen activities to improve efficiency and comply with company and distributor policies. Effective communication with team members and the section foreman is essential for successfully achieving branch targets and delivering on-time, quality results.
