Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Provide excellent customer service
- Address emails coming to company public email address
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Document all concern areas, scope and get signed off from customer
- Answering phones in a professional manner and act as first point of contact for leads
- Support Sales Manager and collaborate with team members for better results
- Update calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
- Conduct due diligence of every leads on daily basis - filter and tracking of all calls
- Qualify the leads based on budget, customer, authenticity of the lead, delivery timeline
- Sell technical solutions to the customer with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Understand the complete scope of work from sales manager or evaluate client needs
- Research best practice methodology & previous projects
- Prepare comprehensive proposal with detailed timeframe and project details
- Prepare contracts
- Prepare minutes of meeting and share it with relevant stakeholders
- Conduct meetings with clients for explaining contracts and proposals
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Fill in tracking sheets and CRM reporting

Requirements

- Minimum of two years sales experience in the United Arab Emirates
- Customer service experience
- Indoor-outdoor sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, MIS, or any relevant major
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong desire to learn and progress
- Fluency in English is a must
- Native Arab
