Job description / Role

Job Summary:
- Achieve the planned sales turnover and market coverage through regular visits to all sales outlets as per route plan while maintaining the highest standards of performance.

Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve the daily and monthly sales targets by ensuring complete and proper coverage of the allocated area; ensure that all outlets are visited in the correct sequence, follow the planned call in each outlet and make sure that they are well stocked with all our brands and packages
- Conduct commercial conversations and selling to customers all products whether on promotion or not
- Identify new business opportunities with both current or new customers
- Maintain a good relationship with the customers at all times
- Develop sales and distribution, in liaison with the Sales Supervisor, vertically by identifying and establishing business relationships with new clients and horizontally by introducing the full range of the products to existing clients
- Submit a daily activity report to the Supervisor detailing among others sales performance, market coverage and competitors’ activities
- Make collections for payments and settle with Finance Department
- Reflect high standards of performance in implementing trade promotions and marketing activities that relate to the route and customers
- Actively manage cooler purity of all company assets in the trade and report faulty / abused equipment to the Sales Supervisor for remedial action.

Requirements

Education, experience and skills:
- Minimum of Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration or related qualification
- Possessing excellent Salesmanship skills
- With at least 3 years’ proven FMCG experience in similar role preferably
- Having UAE valid Driving license
- High energy & determination to achieve & exceed targets & KPIs
- Self - motivated, excellent communication & convincing skills
- Pays attention to detail & customer service oriented
